Engagement

I discover good news and bad news here. The team is on average well into adulthood, established in their personalities. Most of them are confidently settling into their circle of friendships and pecking order. So with the exception of the few youngsters, I may have limited ability to shape them. I’ll need to manage more than mentor. It will likely require a laissez faire approach.
